Shipping & Delivery
Our items are generally made by order; the delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks of payment being received. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with details on how to track the delivery online. Regular Australia Post or TNT delivery times apply. Dates are estimates only and we apologize in advance for any delays that may be experienced.

Postage

The postage varies from post code to post code and also from product to product. Our web shop uses a postage rate only for the light categories "pendant" and "table/floor" which is calculated based on medium size box ; 60 x 30 x 30 cm - 14 kg cubic weight. If a product is less than the medium size, e.g. thin cone silk lamp, you will see a credit note for postage in the product description as required field. Please click on it and the postage will be reduced automatically. If a product is greater than the medium size, e.g. large cone silk lamp, you will see an additional postage in the product description as required field. Please click on it and the postage will be added automatically. For orders of more than 5 products and/or products of different categories the postage are transmitted later with the confirmation mail. The postage for all other categories are transmitted later with the confirmation mail. The following chart includes the "medium size" postage rates for the post codes within Australia:

Privacy & Security
If you place an order and go through the checkout we collect details such as your name, address and phone number for invoice and delivery purposes. We will not sell or give customer contact details to any third parties.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us prior to returning goods to My Ambience. We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products still in their original sale condition on presentation of the original My Ambience Shop online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our mistake. All returns are to be sent to:

Viewing Orders
It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
If you placed your order over the phone or via mail you can check your order status by contacting us by phone 0427 830 871 or by email at:
info@myambience.com.au

Updating Account Information
To view and update your account information, click the Account Management tab, and then click the Account Info link. You will be taken to a screen displaying the contact and billing information you provided when you signed up for your account.

To update your account information:

Click the Edit button near the bottom the Contact Information and Billing Information boxes (you may need to scroll down to see the Billing Information box). After you make the necessary changes, click the Update button.
